What Members Thought
4.5 stars. I alternated between laughing out loud hysterically and crying (in a good way) at her more vulnerable chapters about mental illness and learning to love and accept herself. This would be a 5 star read for me except sometimes the tangents got too, well, tangential and absurd. But it is absolutely worth the read, and I especially recommend the audiobook because she reads it.
I loved her first book, but I'm not going to finish this one. It should've been titled "Furiously Trying Too Hard".

I had to return this to the library before I could finish it. I just kept getting distracted by other things.
So ridiculously funny and honest. Loved this book and the story shared.
A funny and insightful look at what it's like to live with mental illness.
