This book is almost as much about the author (and her apparent habit of being obsessed with her subjects) as it is about octopuses, but I loved most of it anyway. I learned a great deal about octopuses (though I really wish I could keep calling them octopi—I just like the way it sounds!) and many other aquatic animals the author uses for comparison. Octopus are interesting creatures.This book is kind of interesting.
very boring and mostly just about her visiting octopuses and marveling at them with her friends or going diving. i thought it would be more interesting philosophically.
