I read this on a whim and WOW!
recommended by Liddy.
I had a lot of expectations for Jesus Land, and few were met. It was an interesting memoir about a Uber-Christian (in words only) family who adopts two black boys but It didn't seem to go deep enough.

It is my no means a 'feel good' type of book. More like, 'wow, I'm so glad my life was nothing like that so I feel good' type of book.
