The struggle for success by an architect, Roark, is detailed. People may gain power and money, but the creative artist wins in the end and, as Rand believed, the inidividual cannot be enslaved. This is a wordy tome and I disagree with her basic premise about the individual. Her ideologies abuse the whole concept of agency and make it completely selfish.
