No idea how I found this book, but I really enjoyed it. Flora 717 is born a worker bee, and in sanitation - the lowest of the low within the hive. A lovely book that took a conceit that could have gone so poorly and did it justice. It struck me as a sideways hero's journey kind of story that did the things that annoy me about hero's journey stories. But the concept was so interesting that I forgave it.
