I feel like I would have more patience with this if it were a stand alone, but knowing that it's a series...I can see exactly where it's going and I'm bored. I know this is based on A Thousand and One Nights, but it reminds me of at least 5 "beauty and the beast"-esque stories I've read in the last year.
