To give you an idea of how much I loved this book, I started it at 9:25 at night and finished it just after the 11 o'clock news was coming on. What a lovely, heart-breaking, frightening book. Scared out of my socks, on the brink of tears, and hopelessly turning another page long after I should have been sound asleep.

I don't know whether this was an actual adult novel (as promoted) or a novel for young people (though perhaps not quite as young as The Graveyard Book), but I think it is my favorite of his books.

Not my absolute favourite of Gaiman's, but still a solid story. I really liked the story, and definitely stayed up late a couple nights to finish it!
