I have to say, the times I read this before I would've said that I wasn't a fan. However, books will hit you differently depending on WHEN you read them and who you are at the time. I loved this book upon reading it again. The reflection of how differently I feel about it now versus when I read it as a child, and then again in my 20s (before I had children), is really interesting to me. A quick and entertaining ready. As much as I love reading Young Adult Sci-Fi, this didn't have much punch. I think I would have enjoyed it a lot more if I was a young adult.
