Like most of Roach's books this is an "everything you always wanted to know, but were afraid to ask" about a certain topic, this time space - specifically focusing on food, elimination, sex and other everyday tasks that become very difficult in zero gravity. Roach had great access, so the book is quite interesting and a must for space buffs.

This was interesting, and I think it was better on audio than it would have been on paper. Had I been reading it in book form, I probably would have abandoned it, but an audiobook sort of holds you hostage (particularly when you're in a car!). Since I tend to kind of drift in and out of whatever I'm listening to while driving, I prefer nonfiction audiobooks to novels. This had its moments, but there were definitely times when I got bored.
