Dishy goodness. Argh, need book 2!

Every single person in these books is extra as fuck, rofl.

Edit: IT'S BEEN SIX MONTHS AND I'M STILL MAD NICK YOUNG DIDN'T WARN RACHEL ABOUT HIS WILD ASS FAMILY.

You had one job, Nick.

Edit: It's been a year and a half and I'm still angry Nick Young didn't warn Rachel about his wild ass family. What the fuck, Nick. Rachel should have ran.

Edit: It's been 3.5 years and every time I think about this book, my main thought is, NICK SHOULD HAVE WARNED RACHEL ABOUT HIS FAMILY IN ADVANCE.

Stayed up way too late reading because I couldn’t put it down.

This was a fun vacation read, but the framing is odd. Like...is Rachel the protagonist? And if so, why is she so dull? And why do we spend so much time following various other characters? I think I may have enjoyed things more if the focus were split more evenly (because as written, Rachel simply isn’t interesting enough to carry the story on her own). I don't want to hear/read about expensive stuff because I just do not care at all. Also Eleanor was a WAY better character in the movie than here. There were actually a couple of bits where I liked the vibe and liked where it was going (i.e. the parts that were just Nick and Rachel), and then it just went back to bad writing about money and jerks. ...more

In their world, money does grow on trees. ( ´ ∀ `)ノ~$$

Most of the chapters made me open-mouthed, even the prologue. It was also hilarious reading how those rich people think and act. I wonder if that happens in real life.

Another good things from this book, it's written with many POVs. Although it was hard for me to distinguish each characters in its few first chapters, I like it somehow.
