This is a strange and meandering book with scenarios out of dreams and nightmares. It a bunch of stories seemingly jumbled together without a conclusion; more of a book for those who enjoy the journey and the writing, but not if you like something tidily put together. I enjoyed On a Winters Night A Traveler in which this work seems to work in a similar fashion. There is just some amazing passages and imagery used in the book and I just loved it. It reminded me of reading Borges and Saramago. ...more
