This is my favorite David Sedaris book. The chapters on Amy (who you may know from such wierd comedy projects as "Strangers with Candy") and on the Rooster are my favorite, with the language coach (in the titled chapter) were the funniest parts. I can read the Rooster with my husband repeatedly and still never fail to laugh until I cry.

This book is the first one in a long time that made me laugh out loud hysterically. Better than his other books in that this has fewer sad moments (less reality?), but his others are a hoot, as well. I even read my favorites parts to my husband who can't stand reading, and got him laughing, too.
