What Members Thought
I thought this was going to take a bad turn in the middle, but I like how Gabaldon resolved it. I think maybe I like Bree a little less now, but I might like John Grey more. Really enjoying this series.
I love this series, and I can't wait to continue it.
I have to admit though as books go, this one seems a little flat. Some of the major plot points felt too circumstantial.
And Brianna can be like her father without being over the top. And really, the majority of the situation could have been avoided entirely by one of two conversations. And all of them start with Bree.
I guess Bree really does mean "a great disturbance".
