What Members Thought

I liked Pride and Prejudice better, but I enjoyed this novel as well. I think I picked the perfect time in my life to read this...the debate between sense and sensibility (and by sensibility, Ms. Austen means being hopelessly romantic) is as valid an issue today as it was in 1811. While I wasn't as into the romantic relationships as I was in P&P, I realize that this novel is more about the relationship between the sisters and how they eventually understand each other's point of view.

Meh. I didn’t love it. The audio version was much better, but I still found it to be just meh. It’s not forgettable, it’s not hateable, but you won’t find it on my favorite list either.
