On paper, this should be 100 stars and my favorite graphic novel ever. Suzie, a public library employee and passionate library defender has a hidden talent. When she has an orgasm, time stops and for a brief period after, she can move around in what she calls The Quiet. There is an Evil Bank, paranormal Sex Police, and Jon the depressed OCD bank employee, who has the same abilities as Suzie.
