I love Michael Chabon, and even though this wasn't as fabulous as Kavalier and Clay, it's still a beautiful book and something I would want to read again to fully appreciate. The book jacket compares the novel to Catcher in the Rye or The Great Gatsby, and I don't think that's too overblown. ...more
