Down to its name, this book is a quirky and sensitive portrayal of the author's childhood as a kid with a disability. Bell is deaf, and this graphic memoir (somewhat fictionalized?) is a both fun and moving look at what it was like to be a student and just a kid in general with a disability in an environment in which there were generally no other deaf kids.
