This was another fun, cute read by Penny Reid with a dose of MC lite thrown in. This author is so stingy with a cock count , that it's the only reason it lost a star. We get teased with what she calls " circumcised penis" the whole book, but it's fade to black time when the cock actually comes out!
We are left with a unanswered question , but no cliffhanger thank God. Next book up seems interesting, so I'll continue this series for sure. ...more

Yey for a ginger hero! Such a sweet, funny read. I wasn't expecting Duane and I loved him and his brothers. Jessica cracks me up and I related to her music only she can hear in her head. I approve of the wanderlust and I'd do it too if it was that easy. They were fun together, bickering and all that. I found myself truly and utterly enamored with Duane Winston from Penny Reid’s newest smart romantic comedy, Truth or Beard. For the life of me, I hope that his twin brother, Beau, gets his own book. Because, seriously, who doesn’t want to see twin sex-gods (“for the love of Thor!”) But, I digress.

Lovely as always! Penny just does her thing again with another sweet, funny, quirky, contemporary romance that gives you all the right feels and makes me fangirl for Penny that much more.

I'm not going to go into details - you'll just have to read for yourself, but Duane and Jess totally work. And then there is Cletus who inadvertently just steals the show whenever he is in the scene. His book is #3, but who is counting!? (*write faster Penny!*) ;)

Bylo to OK. Duane je prostě takový rozkošný zlatíčko, ale s Jess jsme si do oka zrovna nepadly. Přesto jsem za tuhle spin-off sérii ráda. Jsem zvědavá, jak se vyvede i další díl.
