What Members Thought
Delightful story of romance and Italy, set in the early 1900's. Although the setting and conventions are old world, this tale of finding true love and those who love us remains timeless. The big surprise for me is that spite her prim wrappings, Charlotte Bartlett, turned out to be a good egg after all. "O Mio Babbino Caro" played gently in the background as I read Forster's amusing and sweet little novel.

I feel like the audiobook may not have done this classic justice. I often found myself only half listening and therefore missing some of the true depth of the characters. Maybe someday I will actually read the book and find that I enjoy it more.
