Read in Portuguese

I'll be very honest and say I first picked up this book because I loved the cover and the fact that this was about a botanist (I'm a biologist).
I had no specific expectations about this book, I was only hoping for a good story.

I do not have good imagination, as for creating a world in my head while reading or seeing the faces of the characters. In fact, most books I read the characters faces are usually a blur (kinda disappointing, sometimes I try picturing some famous actor ...more
