To say I devoured this trilogy is an understatement as I end up reading this 3rd book during the night, being incapable of closing it. This one brings a lot of closure on how events started, how they evolded and what will happen after is let to our imagination, it was a delight and exactly what I was waiting. It's compelling writing and interesting characters that make this trilogy as good as it is. It's big on hearing about people's thoughts and small on action. But that's okay because by this point the characters are all so familiar that you want to know what they are thinking, and it's interesting to get inside their heads.

I was disappointed by this series overall. The first book is excellent and I would recommend it as a stand alone read- as long as you are ok with having some unanswered questions . Honestly, even after you read the entire series you will still have unanswered questions. But at least if you only read book 1, you will have spared yourself 600 pages of "meh".
