Week 29 of the 2015 Reading Challenge: A Book that Takes Place in a Place You Want to Visit
The book takes place in Australia where I've always wanted to go. A friend gave me the book as I thought it looked interesting and I started to read it on a flight I was taking. I was not immediately drawn in and at first thought it would be a boring romance - which I don't like.

I was totally taken in by this book. I wish it hadn't been snowing when I read it. Yes, there are some harsh realities that come due in this novel, but I enjoyed it and the cover is certainly a keeper.

I've had this on my list forever and finally read it just in time for the movie! Tough subject matter, but an easy book to read. It is hard to take sides in this story.
