Review: FAHRENHEIT 451 by Ray Bradbury
Something there is about Ray Bradbury' s incredible gift that is unlike any other I've read. I am certain that in some mysterious and unaccountable fashion, reading FAHRENHEIT 451 changed my life--or at least, altered me internally.

It's crazy that I haven't read this book before now, especially because I read Something Wicked This Way Comes and loved it immensely.
This book was beautiful, both in plot and the way it was written. I thought it was poetic and ironic, this messed-up dystopia where books are burned because they give people ideas but claim it's because they just became obsolete.

Fahrenheit 451 - Ray Bradbury Wow, just wow... This is quite the prophetic read.
In a world where ignorance is indeed bliss; fast cars, inane chattering and 'the family' are all everyone needs. The threat of war is treated with such blasé disregard that no one even thinks twice about how it will affect them, because bad things only ever happen to someone else. The parallels between the book and modern society are scary, and a stark reminder of the direction the world is headed...
