Gladwel presents some very rational points about success in this book which, in my opinion are very valid. This book is a well researched and has a lot if stories to support the various hypotheses he presents.

A good read for people who know that we are a result of many many factors.

Mastering anything is said to take 10,000 hours to achieve that level of success, but Gladwell takes a variety of interesting stories and creates a different perspective with hard work and circumstances that contribute as well. Interesting read.
