It took awhile, but I am finally done! This book really makes you think about what would happen if everyone was blind. I am sure some of it was a metaphor, but it really takes people to a dark place (and I don't mean literally!) You really have to pay attention to what is going on. The characters do not have names, just descriptions. The writer's style is different in that the paragraphs are long because the dialogue is not punctuated, which is fine. It just takes some getting used to.
