There is no doubt that Amy Poehler is one of the few stars in the business who is truly talented, clever, and deserving of her fame. This book is proof of that. Like some other reviewers suggested, however, I wasn't as charmed or drawn in to her anecdotes as much as I have been by other similar comedic collections. I looked up the funniest audiobooks and this memoir by Amy Poehler was on the list.

I throughly enjoyed listening to Poehler’s memoir and my favorite chapters were on her friendship with Tina Fey and divorce. What a great book! I only listened to the audio book verson but highly recommend it. Amy Poehler is the narrator along with several celebrity guest readers. Their voices coupled with her story-telling wit and all-out shenaigans brings her story to life. I liked her before this book and I like her so much more after reading this.

Some have complained that this book was not at autobiographical as they would have liked. I found it very entertaining, especially since I listened to the audio book. She spoke a lot about how she became the superstar (in my Molly Shannon voice and pose) that she is, but not too much of her life as a child. I thought that was perfect.

I would recommend the audio book.
