Shelves: non-fiction, humor, read-2015, autobiographical

Easy to read, interesting. Several times I laughed out loud, and at a few moments I was struck by what seemed to be a particularly insightful thought. I got the impression that Tina Fey wrote this book as largely tongue-in-cheek, and she manages to poke fun at herself and the industry in mostly harmless ways.

Have you ever heard people describe a story to you by saying 'oh my god it was soooo funny' but they never laughed out loud, just sort of smiled? You secretly thought, 'Jesus, well I guess it wasn't that funny'. This book had me laughing out loud and I will laugh if you ask me about it.
