It appears most people LOVE this book. I am not in love with this book. In my opinion, it suffers from "middle book syndrome." This is where the first book was wonderful and the last book is wonderful. The book in the middle connects you to the first and last book. I haven't read the last book, so I am not so sure it is wonderful.

I finally get while this series is popular. I REALLY liked this book. Lisbeth Salander finally gets some major page-time and she is completely badass. That grave-digging scene? Epic amounts of awesome.

Blomkvist is still a self-serving jerk and there are still too many undeveloped minor characters by half, but overall, this one's a win.
