Shelves: adult-mystery
Unputdownable, if only for its salacious, so-close-to-reality themes. I legitimately only stopped reading to eat, and then spent lunch telling my husband all about it. I'm trying to separate books that I can't stop reading from books that I can't stop reading that are also amazing literature. This falls pretty soundly in the former, but lots of credit for writing in two distinct voices and making me gasp in the way I rely on other trite-but-awesome shit like American Horror Story to make me gasp ...more
