Shelves: 2015, favorites, ficton, mystery-thriller

It's kind of hard to rate this book. I would give the first 2/3rds of the book 5 stars because it was brilliant, but that ending was soooooo unsatisfying. Never have I read a book with so many unlikeable characters, but damn I had to know what happened to them. A real page turner and just so much jaw-dropping awfulness. This author's brain kind of scares me. I am glad I got this book from the library because if I owned it I would have to store it in the freezer or bury it or something. ...more

I honestly don't know how I feel about this book. I hate the ending.

After a few days thinking about this book, I still don't know how I feel. This book was def. not a favorite of mine and I have no desire to see the movie. This book was a miss for me. So why the 3 stars? It was well written, thoroughly thought out, well edited but just didn't do it for me.
