As I used to hear how this book is hilarious and how it has been adapted into a motion picture. I thought that it would be the kind of a book that you don't come across a lot.

Unfortunately, it was the total opposite. The story has all types of sexual definitions, which is disgusting! The book can't be handled for a teenager for that quantity of unshy descriptions.

The story essence is pale.

Not to be recommended by all means, however the narration is quite nice and charming.

I’m not really sure of this book, it was a little different for me. I did enjoy the letter style writing but it was a little boring and I felt their was a lot of missing pieces to the story. I feel like Charlie was really confused about life and past traumas kept him back. He was really smart and I’m not sure if the friends he made were truly his friends.

This was a very simple yet beautiful read. Written in the form of letters to strangers, it is a coming-of-age story that looks into the intricate, sometimes beautiful and yet sometimes very unpleasant, complicated minds of people around us. As the title suggests, the protagonist is a silent observer in his teens. He takes us through the incidents, minds, aftermaths and emotions through his eyes.
