Shelves: fiction, kindled

Before I get to a proper review, I want to address a couple of things. First, I agree with many people who said that the first book, Fifty Shades of Grey, differed in may ways in comparison to this book. I agree. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, I know a lot of people love this series, and there's something to be said for that. I like that people appreciate books and literature, and I really like it when people delve into fanfiction. With any series, but particularly with this one, I feel Before I get to a proper review, I want to address a couple of things. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, I know a lot of people love this series, and there's something to be said for that. I like that people appreciate books and literature, and I really like it when people delve into fanfiction. With any series, but particularly with this one, I feel like you either love it or you hate it. I'm not so sure I would go so far as to say I hate it. But there are some serious problems I would like to address. With that, read on if that's your thing!

I honestly like this better than the first. I love the fact that Grey changed big time. And also the fact that there are villains in this book. Finally, some struggle! The Leila-Elena-Jack worked for me. I'm more interested on what shenanigans they're gonna put Ana and Christian thru rather than focus on their sex adventures.

Still a sexy book, but with the new twist, this is better.

Well I hope the last book is so much better than this one. :) ...more

Christian is a mess. I wanna knock some sense into Ana.

I hate how Ana refers to her subconscious as if it's a different person. What's with referring her subconscious as "my inner goddess?" Ugh. ...more
