What Members Thought
I didn't hate the book. I just didn't like it. I found the first 75% to be slow and not very engaging. The last 25% was written with passion and was a great read. I don't think the last 25% was enough to make a good book.
The narrator is Death. The book is set during WW II and a lot of people die. I am not sure I would recommend the book to anyone. I would suggest any reader be in high school or older due to the content.
