Nevím, čím to je, ale knihy o mázích a Mrakoplašovi mi přijdou jako neuvěřitelné slátaniny. Ostatní knihy mají celiství děj, ale kdybychom u knih s mágy vzaly jen konec a začátek, vůbec nic by se nestalo. Středová část slouží pouze k nahnání počtu stran. Navíc také závěry mi přijdou unáhlené.
Hilariously clever and creative as per usual with Sir Terry, but when compared to the genius of its predecessor Mort, it feels a bit like a regression to The Colour of Magic’s two-dimensional fantasy silliness. Entertaining as always, but something feels like it’s missing. I’d suggest it’s the lack of real fleshed out characters here, Rincewind and Coin have a really fascinating and heartwarming dynamic once they actually get to interact, yet Rincewind spends the majority of the novel prancing a
