In the wake of the invasion by automatons, from Clockwork Angel, the leadership of the London Shadowhunter Institute has been challenged. Charlotte and Henry have been given 2 weeks to find the man responsible and they will need the help of their young charges: Jem, Will and Tessa, along with Sophie, their loyal maidservant.

I loved this book. I have really fell in love with all of the characters in this series. I love Jem, I fell for him right along with Tessa. I am not looking forward to his heart break or worse in the next one.... But I am looking forward to seeing what happens with Tessa and Will. Also looking forward to more of Charlotte and Henry, loved them in this one.. and more of Sophie and Gideon... I am hoping for more Magnus of course too.
