What possesed me to believe that I might enjoy a straight romance, a novel of manners ffs, written over 200 years ago? I honestly do not understand. It's so dull and boring and slow and insubstantial I think I lost years of my life. I'm dropping it at 26% because I don't deserve this. ...more
