What Members Thought
Book 11 and Sam and Nick are still going strong. There are some changes in the squad and the team continues to deal with issues from previous books - that is one of the reasons I love this series so much. There is a continuity that really rewards the fans.

I have read ebooks for the entire Fatal series until now. I LOVE this series and these characters. I am absorbed into many of the overall plots which carry through multiple books. I love how Samantha is strong and smart; she cares for her team and for the victims of the crimes. The humor in her banter with her co-workers is fun. Nick is smart and caring. Sam Holland Cappuano is having trouble dealing with things on her own. Some may find her language crass but it gives me a laugh and shaking my head. Add in her interactions with her partner and I need to put out the Do Not Disturb sign.
This is like watching an episode of Law & Order – all it needs is some intro music. I can almost hear the characters talking in my head as the scenes go by. You can hear the emotion; feel the tension and frustration these characters feel. And just ...more
