One Second was a beautiful, tense and very fast-paced and dangerous ending to the Seven Series.

Annd it's over! ONE SECOND by Dannika Dark is the final book in the Seven series. Narrated by Nichole Poole, ONE SECOND took us back to Lexi and Austin's story while giving us a suspenseful, heart-stopping tale as the Weston pack and others find themselves on the brink of war. Dark delivered everything a fan could hope for as she wrapped up this series.

Reading the summary about this book made me hesitant to read it. I like romance and HEA's. I never really stray far from this genre, and the impression I got from the blurb was that this was going to be a huge war and possibly something tragic like severing a character's HEA. Sorry to see this series end but glad the author has not succumbed to habits of turning a trilogy into a never ending series. However I would not be upset if if a spin off series pops up with the kids. I can see Melody and Lakota mated with a pack of their own. Then Travis with his pack and the twins with theirs and all of the ruling Austin.
