★★★★★ Yet another excellent installment of this delicious detective series. Loved and savored every word printed and, although I had company visiting, I snuck back to it when I could.
Comoran Strike is such a wonderful character with whom to catch-up. While the mystery is intriguing, he and his assistant Robin are what make this story. So much better than the first book in the series. The pace was steadier and the plot was more intriguing. Hopefully the rest of the series only goes uphill.

Cormoran Strike is my new favorite detective.
I really liked the way Strike works his cases and I liked how things are developing in regards to his assistant, Robin.
The story was really good and Robert Glenister's narration only made it better.
I can't wait to listen to next book in this series.

Careful, pay attention. Twisted plot.
I really like how Cormoran just plugs away at things. There is never any big leap for him, instead one little thing leads him to another, to another, to another, then he gets it. The fun is watching how things connect and how everyone reacts to Cormoran. Most people seem to think he is a joke or don't take him very seriously, but that is the wrong track to do, because he will get you every time. I would never have guess who the killer was, until it was revealed.

I loved this Robert Galbraith story, as well as the last one. It was nice having Cormeran and his plucky assistant back solving an interesting and bizzare murder. I can't wait for the next one!!!
