This was just what you would expect from an Austen novel. I enjoyed it because I love her writing and the way she writes her characters, but even though I thought the book had some similarities with P&P, the plot was more slow and not as investing. Still an enjoyable read though. I would recommend it if you're into the genre! ...more

Shelves: stand-alones

I am not one who is big into classics, however I have only read classics as required reading in my high school classes. Because of that, I though that I would try to read Sense and Sensibility, a novel that many love. I am not one of the many. I was bored out of my mind while reading this novel, so bored that I would zone out and that means that I had to read the page again, making my reading process slower.
