I'm not sure I've ever been so annoyed and in love with a book in my life. Travis and Abby made me so mad at times and I had plenty of eye rolling filled moments, BUT I found the writing addictive and fluid and I'm really glad I picked it up! This book is definitely on the lighter side (content-wise) of new adult, so I definitely recommend it if you are new to the genre or want something a little bit more toned ...more

I loved this book so much! It made me keep reading to see what happens next to Abby or travis! I like how their relationship was developing into something more and more.

EDIT: Upon it being over 5 years since I read this and originally loved it and gave it 5 stars, I believe I would no longer feel the same if I reread it. During the time when I read and loved this, I already had a warped view of what a "cute" relationship would be, until I realized probably too late how abusive and toxic it actually is. I've since unhauled this book from my shelves and updated the rating.

When I picked up this book I had no idea what I was getting into. I was totally shocked, because the synopsis leads you to believe that the book is about one thing when it's actually about something totally different. I think anyone could enjoy this and it's definitely not your typical contemporary novel. ...more
