An amazing book, I absolutely love how Maguire reinvents the story of Oz and gives you real characters that you absolutely can relate to, with struggles that can be as real as any others. Fairy tales be damned, it's not easy being green. This book absolutely blew my mind and made my Chicago-Madrid flight too long cause I was itching for the next book when I was done with it! And of course, I'm also still itching to go see the musical!
