Evan Smoak is “officially” retired, by choice since he ended the rogue orchestrators of the Orphan Program that created him and because he’ll lose his presidential immunity if he doesn’t. But when he receives a call on his special line from a mysterious woman he tracks down in South America, Evan accepts her request to help out her friend’s son, Andrew Duman.
