This is a difficult book for me to rate. I love the ongoing story arc. I love Connor's backstory and when he is with his friends. I'm not a fan of Lara or Connor as a couple in this book.
I like that Lara wants to expose political corruption. She is a little too naive for her career goal, and has several TSTL moments. I really didn't like all the deception/secrets/lies these two throw around. I also don't like when a person wants to guilt others into following their lifestyle, regardle ...more
