New FBI agent in training Lucy Kincaid has finally made it into the Academy and things are going well. She’s become friends with a group and developed a great mentoring relationship with Supervisory Special Agent Tony Presidio who teaches one of her classes. When Presidio is contacted by an agent in New York regarding the murder of a true crime reporter who was researching one of his old cases, he includes Lucy as she had connections as well. What started out as something that felt like a routin

This series just gets better and better and this book is one of the best mystery-suspense-thrillers, with a side of romance, I've read. The plot is not so convoluted that you can't follow it and the Lucy backstory isn't a major focus. The whole story doesn't come together until the last quarter of the book. The baddie and the motive is a total unknown until then. I love it!

Stalked is another exciting book in the Lucy Kincaid series. There is a lot of action, a captivating procedural and main characters that work well together. The support characters add to the story and have their own backstories that keep the reader's attention. I will continue to read the series to see what happens next.
