I am not a fan of the serial killer genre and when the victims are children, I'm really not a happy camper. What saves this story is that there are very few details and nothing graphic, thank goodness. Good plot, solid romance and very solid character development.

When Olivia St. Martin was 5 years old, she helped convict the man who raped and murdered her sister. 34 years later he has been released. DNA testing proves he did not do it.
