Saved $7 because I Snagged @ the Library
What a cool book! How did I miss reading that when I was a kid? I especially find it interesting that the author is clearly a Creationist and quotes multiple times from Scripture. Extremely unusual in a sci-fi book. But she makes it clear that beings on any planet all acknowledge a Creator--presumably the same One--and that He alone deserves worship.
Other Biblical truths are just scattered liberally through the story. Delightful. I loved it!

First time read of this classic. Loved it! It was quite engrossing. As a Newberry Winner, it was read as part of the MMD 2017 reading challenge.

Another book club reread, although this time we abandoned it because nobody's library had it (wait lists were super long). I liked reading it again after the latest movie; it works as a book very differently.
