Onirico, avvolgente, inquietante, appassionante. I do feel bad for not liking this more. But I'm also not surprised. This was technically a re-read, but I'd pretty much class it as a first read - the first time I read it (about 2 years ago, I think) I read it over the course of several months. I ended up reading about a page at a time and didn't take in any of the story at all, and by the end I had no idea what the plot was and was literally reading purely to finish the book.

Totally NOT what I was expecting in any way, shape, or form. I knew next to nothing going into this book. A stray word from Rhiannon here and there. I have yet to read HER commentary, but for the most part, I remained ignorant of the plot ... and I still am, in a way, because I'm not sure what's going on.
