What Members Thought
As flies to wanton boys are we to the gods,--
They kill us for their sport.
Shakespeare at his best, portraying a bloody apocalypse that befalls a world of sinners. All contrary philosophies on the nature and cause of suffering are entertained.
Simply extraordinary. In my opinion, by far the best of Shakespeare's tragedies, and on top of that, very relevant to the modern world as we, too, seek to transfer authority to our children and perhaps find that we have been too preoccupied with our careers to have the time to understand our children as we should.
