Ughhh, I'm finally done with this book. I don't know if I've ever been so happy to finish something. I was going to give this book a 3 star rating but I think that's because I felt like I had to because, I mean, it's The Hobbit. I can't. 2 stars for me. The book went a little something like this. Oh dear, I feel so bad for even saying this as the Hobbit is obviously a classic. I should probably try to put it into a different perspective because it was probably a very good and very adventurous book for it's time, but it just couldn't capture my attention at all. I thought it was very bland and even boring at times. Though the story was, in my opinion, so epic on the big screen, it just seemed that not much happens at all when you read it in the book.
